Finance Manager, Delphi Diesel France
I am currently Finance Manager for Delphi Diesel France including 4 entities (2 plants, 1 technical center and a resale activity) with more than 2000 employees. My professional career includes different assignments in UK, France, Luxembourg and Austria.
I began my career in Finance controlling in 1998 in Paris with VediorBis (now Randstad). In 1999 I joined Budget Rent a Car based in UK as International Licensee Account Supervisor, in charge of collecting the worldwide royalties.
In 2001, I joined Delphi based in Paris where I completed different assignments in Finance within the Steering Division and followed by a plant assignment in Strasbourg (France). In 2006 I was transfered to Delphi worldwide Powertrain Division in Luxembourg as senior financial analyst. In 2009 I was appointed Finance Manager in Vienna (Austria) in order to restructure the plant. On September 2010, I was named Finance Manager for Delphi Diesel France and part of the executive commity.
Sales and Invoices management, booking entries, monthly closing and reporting, forecast and budget, actual analysis variance versus forecast and budget, balance sheet and cash flow analysis are part of my monthly routine activities in accordance of Delphi's internal controls rules in US GAAP & Local GAAP and using SAP.
During the different assignments I had within Delphi, I was also in charge of the investment analysis and quotations for executives in Luxembourg and the main point of contact of the Powertrain division for the restructuring in Austria.
My native language is French and work in English. I have some ideas in Spanish and German but not fluent.
I work mainly on MS Office (Words, Excel and Powerpoint) and acquainted with SAP.

Following up Past Due including relation with customers and bank.
Implementing SAP and facilitate the merging with other french entity.

2009 - 2010Management a team of 10 peoples
Monthly closing activity including sales and invoices management, booking accruals, reporting actual with analysis compare to budget and forecast, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis.
Desmantling Plant for closure including relation with government tax authorities, potential buyers for facilities & equipment and Tax advisors. Main point of contact for the division to forecast the cost of the restructuring per employee taking into consideration seniority, taxes, fringes & benefits and pension plan.
2006 - 2009Financial analysis for quotation and business opportunity: support Sales Quotation and Manufacturing footprint Strategy including review of the financials from selling price, structure of cost (Fixe and variable), Operating income, cash flow, NPV to payback.
Actual Forecast and Budget consolidation for 4 products lines with analysis of the P&L for Executives. Tracking of Capital Expenditure by projects.
2004 - 2006Assistant of the Plant Finance Manager for all activities covered by finance department in the plant, including closing process, reporting to headquarter, balance sheet, capital expenditure tracking and cash flow.
Main point of contact for SOx implementation with Delphi internal control and outside auditors.
