Constant review and optimisation of processes and communication to streamline and improve the lead time for projects,sapling and legal documents
Review of lead times for projects,sampling,documents in order to ensure the timely sending to customers
close collaboration with order processing .Ensure a join fast solution for orders with price/lead time issue

To manage a team
To set up and develop the export customer service department (organisation, procedure...)
To manage logistic projects with South Africa (setting up of project for the customer service part for shipment of 3000 containers /year), Poland and Germany (supplying).
To manage purchase order (purchase order processing, transport organisation, invoicing, solve issue and problem in the delivery, prices….) –Turnover of 30 millions Euros

To purchase goods and services and to issue quotations

To provide a technical and commercial support
