Karl M. Joch has over 20 years experience in business development and strategic consulting. Most recently, he co-founded and served as CFO of HSC Consulting GmbH, a Germany based high-tech company.

In the 80's, Mr. Joch founded and managed CTS Consulting & Trade Service GmbH, a high tech software company, involved in network infrastructure, network security and spam protection.

Karl M. Joch has traveled extensively throughout Eastern Europe, Western Europe and Asia. He speaks English and German.
